Agreement between USER and CREATNZ.NET
The Creatnz New Zealand Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Creatnz New Zealand Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Buying and delivery at CREATNZ.NET
It is YOUR sole responsibility to ensure that the products you order are suitable for you and your local standards, laws and requirements. You must contact CREATNZ.NET for any information that you require regarding a product.
CREATNZ.NET places collective bulk orders on your behalf to the manufacturer or supplier, we do not stock these items and we are not responsible for the advertising of these products. As such, we do not quarantee the quality or suitability of these products to any required standards, laws, requirements or expectations.
Any quarantees or statements regarding a product are the responsibility of the products supplier, however, CREATNZ.NET will voluntarily pursue incidences to ensure a satisfactory conclusion. CREATNZ.NET does endeavour to protect it's customers by providing customer feedback in the form of reviews for business's reliability and performance.

YOUR order will only be placed once a bulk order has reached it's minimum order quantity or when a sufficient period of inactivity has passed on a products purchasing. Once this bulk order has been placed, you will NOT get refunded on your purchase until after the product has been delivered.
Typical delivery times after a bulk order has been placed are between 40 and 50 days.
Member Account, Password, and Security
You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. This includes the specification of a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify CREATNZ.NET immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. CREATNZ.NET will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by CREATNZ.NET or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the express written permission of the account holder.

CREATNZ.NET reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Creatnz New Zealand Services are offered including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Creatnz New Zealand Services. For any Software not accompanied by a license agreement, CREATNZ.NET Company hereby grants to you, the user, a revocable personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using the particular Creatnz New Zealand Site/Service in accordance with these Terms of Use, and for no other purpose provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Termination/Access Restriction

CREATNZ.NET may also terminate or suspend your access to Creatnz New Zealand Site/Service(s) for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by CREATNZ.NET.
